90 Day Manufacturer Fault Warranty Policy
While we take extreme care with the manufacturing of our jewellery, there may be some cases where a manufacturer fault occurs with your item. If this occurs, you will be covered by our 90 Day Manufacturers’ Warranty. The 90 days commences from the date of your purchase. In the event of a faulty item, we may repair or replace the defective item free of charge. The warranty covers any missing cz stones during the 90 day period, unless the item has been bent or put out of shape (this will dislodge the claws and stones can fall out, in which case, this would not be covered under our 90 day Manufacturer Warranty). We encourage you to inspect and try on your item as soon as you receive it.
Please note that the manufacturer warranty does not cover broken/snapped chains or the following; broken/snapped earrings posts or clasps, broken/snapped chains accompanied by pendants, broken black silk cords, broken/snapped chain threaded through bracelets or breakage/damage sustained by personal use or if the item has been dropped. We cannot control the force used by the customer when applying their jewellery, therefore, the above damage cannot be covered by warranty.
If items are returned after the 90 day period, there will be a cost to the customer for either a repair or replacement, including return postage costs.
The semi-precious stones, onyx stones, mother of pearl and treated ceramic jewellery used in our collections are of high quality, however, they are fragile and should be treated with care. If these stones are dropped or knocked, they may crack, chip or fall out. Please treat these items as “precious gems”. Lost semi-precious stones and chips in stones will not be covered under warranty.
How do I use my Manufacturer Fault Warranty?
- If a fault has occurred please advise by email to [email protected] This email must include the purchase date (on your receipt), your full name, receipt number and mailing address with daytime contact number and a description of the fault.
- Under our Manufacturer Fault Warranty you will only have to pay for postage one-way to return the item to us. Gina Liano Pty Ltd will pay the return postage amount on an item that qualifies for a Manufacturer Fault Warranty. When returning the item to Gina Liano the item must be in its original packaging and wrapped carefully in a padded 'Registered Post' envelope to avoid damage during postage. Please also include a printed copy of the email correspondence you have received to and from Gina Liano Pty Ltd along with your receipt in your parcel and post it to this address:

Please Note: Returned products are not the responsibility of Gina Liano Pty Ltd until they have reached our offices. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit, so please be sure to register and insure to protect any item returned to us.
- Upon the receipt of your item, an inspection will be carried out to determine if it qualifies for manufacturers fault warranty. If it meets the warranty criteria, a replacement or a repair may be given at no charge. If the item received by Gina Liano Pty Ltd is not covered under our manufacturers fault warranty the item will be returned to you. Alternatively we can quote to repair or replace goods at your request.
- If Gina Liano Pty Ltd is unable to replace the exact item purchased due to it being out of stock or a discontinued line, we will issue you with a credit or refund to the same value so that you can select another piece from the collection.
